Camera Ready Ads
Dimensions are 3.75"w by 4.16"h
Advertisements can be submitted as a jpeg, pdf, tiff, or png. Resolution of images should be 300 dpi.
Be sure any color ads you submit have sufficient contrast to reproduce well in grayscale.
If your ad doesn't fit these specifications and requires correction, a design fee may apply. We will contact you if there are any issues
We accept color ads, but they will only appear in color in the newsletter posted online. The paper edition of the Advocate is printed in black.
Advocate Staff Designed Ads
Upload files: business logos, photographs or any other graphic elements you want us to include in your ad.
Please submit any text content you want in your ad, such as your business name, your business tagline, your special offer, address, phone, website, open hours, etc.
An initial layout fee is $10; subsequent changes are $5 per month.
Timelines
- We publish each issue on the 1st of the month.
- Ads must be final (print-ready content submitted and, if we design your ad for you, the design must be completed and approved by you before the 15th of the month PRIOR to the publication date. (e.g. by June 15th for the July 1st issue.)
- You may submit your print-ready ad later, but before the 15th day of the month prior to the ad's proposed starting date. Please Note: You can access your ad order to upload content by logging into your account and selecting your ad start date.
